Here are my policies regarding shipping/handling/customs and returns:

Returns are only accepted if the item was damaged during transit. If your item was damaged during shipping, please send me detailed photos of the package and damage so I may begin the insurance claim process. You must notify me within 1 week of receiving the item about any damage or the return/refund will not be possible. Prints can be replaced, however original oil painting may need to be returned and fixed. 

*ANY AND ALL CUSTOMS FEES, ADDITIONAL CHARGES, OR TAXES ARE SOLEY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER*

Once the package leaves my hands there is nothing I can do to control the time it takes to arrive or the state in which it arrives. I do everything in my power to make sure your item is securely packaged in many layers of protection, however, I cannot be held responsible for how the post office treats the package. If there is any issue please contact me right away so I can get it resolved for you.

My ultimate goal is for you to be thrilled with your purchase! Please let me know if you are unhappy in any way so I can make it right for you.
